For consolidators, forwarders and parcel 3PLs

Get your parcels into European last-mile networks

I design and launch the path from your consolidated shipments to the end customer: clearance and transit options, sorting and labels, the right last-mile partners, data and returns.

When to use it

Volume alone doesn't get you a good last-mile deal

Carriers accept injected parcels when the profile, labels, data, handover and forecast meet their standards. Consolidators lose time and margin when they approach carriers before they have answered those questions, or when the clearance and transit model doesn't match how the parcels will be inducted.

Good fit: cross-border consolidators, parcel forwarders, 3PLs and marketplaces moving recurring small-parcel volume into one or more European countries.

Two ways to work

Blueprint, or blueprint plus launch

Corridor injection blueprint, from €4,500

Parcel and volume profile, service requirements, induction options for one corridor or country, a last-mile partner matrix, clearance and transit dependencies, data, label, manifest and returns handoffs, and the cost and service trade-offs.

Launch leadership, from €8,500

The blueprint plus bounded ownership of the launch: partner onboarding coordination, data and UAT, operational test batch and cutover, working with your carrier, warehouse, broker and integration resources. Payment is split into milestones.

Deliverables

What you get

  • Origin, destination and parcel-profile review with volume forecast assumptions.
  • Feasible B2B and B2C import options, and transit (including T1) where your model uses it.
  • Induction and last-mile partner shortlist with a coverage and service matrix.
  • Parcel data, manifest, label and tracking-event requirements.
  • Rate, service and returns trade-off model.
  • Operational readiness checklist and rollout plan.

Why me

I've worked on both sides of the handover

At BorderGuru I ran cross-border e-commerce operations covering consolidation, export, international transport, import, broker handoffs, cross-docking, direct injection and last-mile delivery. Later, in international product development at Hermes, I worked on the carrier side: European network and PUDO integrations, broker and 3PL connectivity, and a live customs product. Across my career that adds up to 18+ carrier and API integrations.

Questions

Before we start

Can you get us carrier rates?

I can tell you what carriers will look at, prepare you to negotiate and help compare offers. I don't resell capacity or guarantee rates.

Do you handle customs clearance?

No. I design the clearance model and data flow with your licensed broker or representative, who files and represents.

Can you also build the carrier connections?

Yes, through the Carrier Integration & Logistics Systems offer.
