How pricing works
- The discovery call is free. 30 minutes to understand your situation and tell you honestly which option fits, if any.
- "From" prices cover one market, lane, corridor or interface. Bigger scopes are quoted after the call.
- Every engagement gets a written scope with inputs, deliverables, assumptions and milestones.
- Prices exclude VAT, travel, and third-party costs such as broker, carrier, licence or hosting fees.
- Fixed-fee projects are usually paid 50% at kickoff and 50% at delivery; implementation projects in milestones.
- No outcome guarantees on customs decisions, carrier approvals or rates. I guarantee clear scope and the work described in it.
