How I work
Start with the customer, then connect the network
I do not start a parcel project by looking at carriers. I start by asking what experience and services the customer should receive, how that changes by market, and what network can deliver it reliably.
From there, the work connects carrier products, operations, technology, performance and economics. That is the same perspective I bring to a market-entry blueprint, a network review, a fractional leadership role or a one-off expert call.
